Arte i KulturaYour details, handled with care
This page explains what happens with the information you send through the booking and review forms on this website.
What we collect
- Booking form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, the services you choose, your preferred date, any reference links and your message.
- Review form and quick rating: your name, your star rating, your review, and (if you choose to give them) your business name and email address.
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and plan your project with you. Reviews are used to improve our work. A review is only shown on this website or elsewhere if you tick the box that allows it.
How it is sent
When you press send, your details are delivered by email to Joshua Ortega (Arte i Kultura) through Web3Forms, an email delivery service. If your internet connection drops, your booking is kept temporarily in your own browser and sent automatically the next time you open the website.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your details.
- We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
- This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, and the website is hosted by Netlify. Like any web service, they may process basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Email joshuaortegafilms@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
